A line for each extension

Recently, I replaced the telephone systems of business in society I have understand the needs of employees. I wish I could say that it was to the requirements of our customers, but this is unfortunately not the case. You see, our old telephone system was much more extensions like us a line. It is with the assumption that built, inter-office communication used by incoming and outgoing calls. Because that my company focuses primarily on the business of the Internet and not a lot of transactions by telephone do I had introduced the system, which at the end of the 1990s until recently also served us. Therefore, I decided to replace the old phone system. The new system has a line for each extension, including me, enabling suppliers or any other person at any time to join me. Because the new phone system offers additional functionality, I had another feature in programming.

Now, when a person makes an outgoing call, you must select registered in their own code so that both they call the number and duration. These entries are on the phone bill and all employees are required to mark the related appeals WebServices they make each month.
